Conte on Spurs' fearsome trio of strikers and improved Covid-19 testing ahead of Southampton test

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Antonio Conte agreed that the in-form strike force of Harry Kane, Lucas Moura and Song Heung-min would send a strong message to their opponents as Spurs prepare to face Southampton in the Premier League on Tuesday.

All three players scored in Tottenham's 3-0 rout against Crystal Palace on Sunday which leaves the club in fifth spot but with three games in hand.

A damaging Covid-19 outbreak at Spurs has seen their Premier League fixtures against Brighton and Leicester postponed, but Conte said that improved rapid testing was helping to ease the situation.
