Lampard lauds Chelsea moving in right direction after 3-0 win over Burnley

Frank Lampard says his Chelsea side took a "nice step forward" in their 3-0 Premier League win over Burnley at Turf Moor on Saturday.

The Blues boss admits there's still work to be done, but said he enjoyed the performance and believes his squad is moving in the right direction.

"There was certainly balance there today and we worked on that," he said.

"We're definitely not at the end of the road, but the clean sheets are a great sign of a spine in the team," he said.

Hakim Ziyech put Chelsea ahead in the 26th minute with a nice assist from Tammy Abraham, while Kurt Zouma and Timo Werner added goals after the break.
