ON THIS DAY: Lewandowski scores 200th Bundesliga goal as Bayern thrash Dortmund

On this day, the prolific Polish striker Robert Lewandowski scored his 200th goal for Bayern Munich after tapping in his second goal of the match in the German champion's 5-0 thrashing of Borussia Dortmund at home in the Budesliga on the 6th of April 2019.

Mats Hummels opened the scoring for the hosts with 10 minutes played, before Robert Lewandowski, Javi Martinez and Serge Gnabry all struck before half time to give Bayern an emphatic 4-0 lead. Lewandowski scored his second of the game in the final minute to complete the 5-0 rout and take Bayern to the top of the table.
