Manchester City trained on Monday, a day before their pursuit of an unprecedented quadruple will continue with a UEFA Champions League quarter-final against German side Borussia Dortmund.

Pep Guardiola's side comfortably overcame German opposition in the round of 16 in Borussia Monchengladbach to book their place in the last eight.

Dortmund boast the talents of star forward Erling Braut Haaland, who has been linked with a possible move to City to replace out-going striker Sergio Aguero for next season.

Guardiola has a fully-fit squad to choose from for Tuesday's first leg at the Etihad Stadium, although Joao Cancelo and Fernandinho will both be ruled out of the return leg next Wednesday if either pick up another yellow card.

City have lost only one of their last 27 matches across all competitions.
