Football fans are known to be creative all over social media. The hashtags of #(Insert manager name)Out is one of the more recent trends that comes to mind. There have also been multiple instances of football fans coming up with ingenious ways of both, deriding as well as supporting players and Premier League managers. One football fan, however, has taken this banter to another level. A fan on Twitter has started a thread wherein he takes a shot at guessing the job each Premier League manager would have if they weren't in the football business. The football fan, who goes by the handle of UnrealXherdan, has come up with a list of professions that the current Premier League managers would be indulging in if they weren't managing a football club in the top tier of football.

Top six Premier League managers

UnrealXherdan places Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp as the head of Human Resources (HR) at an energy company in Germany who promotes green energy, cycling to work and a healthy work-life balance. He also guesses that Klopp would often be seen smashed on a Thursday with the interns but gets in on Fridays feeling fresh. His title rival Pep Guardiola, however, would be a maths lecturer and an absolute genius in his craft but would probably be intolerant of his students.

Leicester City's Brendan Rodgers would be a sales trainer and motivational speaker who uses a lot of graphs and charts to make people go the extra yard and improve performance by 150%. Chelsea legend and current manager Frank Lampard, on the other hand, would work in the centre of London in insurance, but would still find some time to coach his son's U-11 team on a Saturday. A hero, if you will.

Chris Wilder's Sheffield United have made a flying start to life in the Premier League. However, if it weren't for the Premier League, UnrealXherdan wonders whether Wilder would run the finest taxi firm in Yorkshire that would be affordable and also provide an excellent and efficient service. Arsenal's struggling manager Unai Emery would be a hotel manager in Benidorm. His presentation would be perfect but his customer service would be shocking, in addition to changes to the menu every week.

Managers in the rest of the Premier League

UnrealXherdan sees Ole Gunnar Solskjaer living in his mother's basement playing video games while running a Man United fan channel and moaning about how the club is run and saying he would do better. Tottenham's Mauricio Pochettino would be running a trendy startup in London. He would have a few really good years but would then struggle because all his best members of staff want to leave. Pochettino would then look to join a bigger club. As for Everton's Marco Silva, the Portuguese would be unemployed after a string of high-level jobs in big organisations that he is unqualified for.
