Paris Saint Germain beat a 10-man Saint-Etienne 1-0 in the French Cup final on Friday in Paris to complete league and cup double, as French football returned for the first time since it was suspended in March due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Kylian Mbappe limped off the field in the first half after a horror tackle from Saint-Etienne captain Loic Perrin.

A small number of fans were permitted to watch in the Stade de France.
