Inter Milan's long quest of getting hold of a Serie A title will continue this week as they are set to host Parma for their Matchday 9 Serie A clash. Inter (21 pts) have shown massive character under their new manager Antonio Conte and are currently only a point below the Serie A 2019-20 table-toppers, Juventus (22 pts). As for Parma, they have held the 8th position in the table with four wins in eight games (L 4). The match is scheduled on Saturday, October 26, 2019, 9:30 PM (IST) at the San Siro Stadium.

Serie A: Inter Milan vs Parma match preview

Inter Milan and Parma have shared the spoils only three times in their last 20 games, during which Inter have been on the winning side 11 times (L6). Parma have emerged victorious in only two of their last 25 Serie A matches against Nerazzurri while on road (D8 L15). Parma's last victory against Inter Milan came in September 2018. Antonio Conte's side is currently on a hot run with seven wins in eight Serie A 2019-20 matches so far. However, the hosts have faced defeat in their last Serie A home game against Juventus. Parma have found the net a total of 13 times this Serie A season.

As for Inter Milan, no other team in the Italian top-flight has scored more goals than Inter in the first half (11). Since moving from Manchester United, Romelu Lukaku has scored five goals for Inter Milan in the eight games he featured in. Parma’s Dejan Kulusevski is currently the youngest player in Europe's top-five leagues to have created at least five assists this season. and only Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne (eight) and Monaco's Islam Slimani (six) provided more assists than him.
