Slaven Bilic's side Beijing Guoan train ahead of the new season of Chinese Super League

Super League side Beijing Guoan had its first public training on Saturday in Fengtai Sports Center in Beijing, preparing for the upcoming 2021 season.

Super League side Beijing Guoan had its first public training on Saturday in Fengtai Sports Center in Beijing, preparing for the upcoming 2021 season.

This is the first time the team gathering in Beijing since the pandemic-affected 2020 season, five new additions showed up in the training, including 30-year-old Lucas Souza, who is on loan from Changchun Yatai.

2021 season of Chinesee Super League will be kicking off from 20th April in two cities, Suzhou and Guangzhou.

Bilic's side will be training in Beijing for a week and then leave for Suzhou the end of next week to get ready for their first game of the season versus Shanghai Shenhua on 23rd April

In the last season, Beijing Guoan finished as the third place in the Super League and quarter-finalst in the AFC Champions League.
