Zidane praises 'clinical and dangerous' Casemiro after 1-0 win at Valladolid

Reaction from Zinedine Zidane at the Estadio Jose Zorrilla on Saturday after his Real Madrid side cut Atletico Madrid's lead at the top of the Spanish top flight standings with a 1-0 win at relegation-threatened Valladolid. Casemiro's 66th minute header following a Toni Kroos cross settled the outcome of a match that produced little in the way of excitement overall.

However, Real now have 52 points from 24 games, three behind Atletico, who were unexpectedly beaten 2-0 at home by Levante but still have a game in hand. Valladolid remain second from bottom, five points above Huesca.
