AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli said on Saturday that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is feeling well and training from home, after the Swedish striker tested positive for the coronavirus on Thursday before Milan's Europa League match against Norwegian club Bodo/Glimt.
Ibrahimovic will also miss Milan's Serie A match at Crotone on Sunday and the Europa League play-off against Portuguese club Rio Ave on Thursday.
All Milan players underwent a second round of testing on Wednesday after defender Leo Duarte was found to be positive for COVID-19 following tests the previous day.
All other team members and staff have tested negative aside from Ibrahimovic, a club statement said.
The 38-year-old Ibrahimović has scored three goals in Milan's first two matches this season, in the Europa League and Serie A.
