British sport climber Shauna Coxsey is training in her basement during the coronavirus crisis to be ready for next year's postponed Olympic Games.

Coxsey was reconfirmed as part of Team GB for the Games last week after earning a 'named athlete' quote place for Tokyo.

And with walls and gyms currently closed in the UK because of the pandemic Coxsey is making use of her climbing boards at her home in Sheffield.

Speaking to SNTV on Tuesday she admitted the situation was not ideal but she was grateful to be able to train in some form.

The biggest challenge, she said, was not being able to see her physio or get sports massages during the lockdown.
