W Series driver Sarah Moore says she believes the F1 community would be ready to 'support' a driver who'd be prepared to come out as gay.

Speaking ahead of round eight of the E League at a virtual Mount Panorama Circuit in Bathurst, Australia, Racing Pride UK ambassador Moore also said she'd be prepared to take a pride flag onto the podium in Russia - a country which faces social challenges around LGBTQ rights - when W Series eventually returns to the country (next year).

With the all-female series back in action this Thursday, it was Spain's Marta Garcia who impressed most in round seven, beating W Series leader Beitske Visser in spectacular fashion as its inaugural E-League competition continued with drivers racing from their homes.
