Seven-time European champions AC Milan trained on Monday, a day before their UEFA Champions League Group B match against Atletico Madrid at San Siro - with both sides still in search of their first victory in this year's competition.
Stefano Pioli's side lost to Liverpool in the opening round of fixtures, while Atletico failed to score in a goalless draw with FC Porto.
The 'Rossoneri' have eased to three wins from their opening three Italian Serie A fixtures at San Siro this term - scoring eight goals and conceding just one - although, in only one of their last 17 encounters with Spanish teams, have they emerged victorious.
Star forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic is expected to miss the Atletico match with an Achilles problem, and so another veteran striker - France's Olivier Giroud - could spearhead AC Milan's attack.
