Italian surfer Fioravanti causes day's biggest upset at Billabong Pipe Masters

Italian surfer Leonardo Fioravanti caused the biggest upset of the day at the Billabong Pipe Masters in Hawaii on Thursday. Known as "The Italian Stallion" of surfing – Fioravanti eliminated world number 4 Filipe Toledo of Brazil. Fioravanti surfed the dangerous waves at Pipeline superbly and controlled the heat from start to finish.

Fioravanti faces Two Time World Champion John John Florence of the USA in a much anticipated First Quarter-Final on Friday.
