Seth Rollins issues open challenge to returning CM Punk, 'Fight Me'

CM Punk has expressed his interest to fight a returning CM Punk on social media. Punk will be back in the company for the first time since almost six years

Seth Rollins has had a very good year. He won the WWE Universal Championship twice in a span of over three months. He even had a short feud with Bray Wyatt (The Fiend). Their first feud ended in disqualification at Hell In A Cell as Rollins retained his title. However, 'The Beastslayer' was no match for the Fiend at Crown Jewel as Wyatt had the last laugh on that night. After losing the title, Rollins challenged the NXT Champion Adam Cole and then WWE United Kingdom Champion WALTER. Now, 'The Architect' has challenged a returning superstar.

Seth Rollins challenges CM Punk

CM Punk has finally decided to come back to WWE next week after appearing on the latest episode of WWE Backstage. According to reports, his WWE return will take place on Tuesday and it has already stormed the social media platforms with fan reactions. Meanwhile, Seth Rollins has challenged CM Punk for a one-on-one match. While it is still not known whether the former Universal Champion is teasing or does he really mean it but it does seem like Rollins is ready to fight. Taking to the micro-blogging site, 'The Aerialist' wrote 'Fight Me CM Punk'.

CM Punk is back with a bang

After a gap of nearly six years, the two-time WWE Champion made an unannounced appearance on Tuesday night’s episode of WWE Backstage, FS1’s new weekly studio show. CM Punk’s iconic “Cult of Personality” titantron hit at Backstage’s final moment and to everyone’s surprise ‘The Cookie Master’ appeared on the show. After making a surprise appearance, CM Punk further confirmed that WWE fans will again see him in action next week.

“It’s as simple as this: Just when they think they’ve got the answers, I change the culture,” Punk told the camera, before adding, “I’ll see you here next week. said CM Punk
