WWE: Roman Reigns will face Erick Rowan on WWE SmackDown

After a huge announcement made by Daniel Bryan on last week’s SmackDown, Roman Reigns will face Erick Rowan in the premiere episode of SmackDown on Fox.

After a huge announcement made by Daniel Bryan on SmackDown last week, Roman Reigns will face Erick Rowan in the premiere episode of SmackDown on Fox. Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan are scheduled to face the Bludgeons - Erick Rowan and Luke Harper at WWE Hell in a Cell. The match between the two was announced by WWE on their Twitter account. Reigns will enter the ring to take revenge of all the punishments Rowan has been delivering on him for the last couple of weeks.

It all started with a match between Daniel Bryan and Erick Rowan. From the start, Rowan took control of the match and ending the first half by hitting a powerbomb. After the commercial break, Bryan took help of the ring post to damage Rowan’s knee but he again failed as Rowan delivered a Fallaway Slam and a Bearhug. In the latter part of the match, Daniel locked Erick in the LaBell lock, but Erick got out before Daniel sent him flying into the commentator's table. Erick Rowan then delivered two Iron Claws in the ring and got the three-count win. After the return, Bryan took help of the ring post to damage Rowan’s knee but he again failed as Rowan delivered a Fallaway Slam and a Bearhug. A recovered Bryan started punishing Rowan with some ‘Yes’ kicks. Erick Rowan then delivered two Iron Claws in the ring and got the three-count win.

Luke Harper entered the ring, and as the Bludgeons were about to brutalise Bryan, Roman Reigns came out to make the save. Roman delivered Superman Punches, and then a spear to take out the Bludgeons, making them walk off the ring. Roman then offered his hand to Bryan, but Bryan refused and got to his feet by himself. He then went on to challenge the Bludgeons to a match with Roman as his tag partner in the upcoming Hell in the Cell Pay-Per-View.
