Djokovic defeats Medvedev in thriller to send Serbia into ATP Cup final

Novak Djokovic defeated Daniil Medvedev in a thrilling three set clincher 6-1, 5-7, 6-4 to send Serbia past Russia and into the final of the inaugural ATP Cup on Saturday in Sydney, Australia.

Dusan Lajovic defeated Karen Khachanov 7-5, 7-6 in the opening singles match to give Serbia a 1-0 lead in the best-of-three semifinal before Djokovic took down Medvedev to clinch advancement to Sunday's final.
