Stefanos Tsitsipas and Markos Kalovelonis claimed Greece's first-ever tie victory in ATP Cup history on Friday.

This followed shortly as Spain retired shortly after Greece won the first game.

Spain still progressed to the semifinal of the ATP Cup from Group B after Pablo Carreno Busta had guaranteed Spain's spot with a 6-3, 6-4 win over Michail Pervolarakis earlier.
