"I will come back stronger" Halep on shock exit at Australian Open

Simona Halep gave an honest assessment of her straights sets 6-3, 6-3 defeat to Serena Williams on Tuesday saying her attitude has been 'a little bit negative the whole tournament.'

Halep was well and truly beaten by Williams in the quarter-finals at Melbourne Park and admitted the seven-times Australian Open champion was 'stronger in the important moments.'

Williams advanced to the last four in Melbourne for the first time since winning the title in 2017.
