"Everyone is dealing with their own stuff," was the verdict of fifth seed Sofia Kenin on hearing that Naomi Osaka has withdrawn from the French Open on Monday (31st May) after stating that she wouldn't speak to the media for the duration of the tournament.

Kenin, the 2020 Australian Open Champion, survived a tough first round encounter eventually beating Jelena Ostapenka - the 2017 French Open.
