WWE Crown Jewel: Tyson Fury knocks out Braun Strowman, wins debut bout

Tyson Fury and Braun Strowman met at WWE Crown Jewel to much fanfare and they gave the fans a fight to remember. Read on for details of the Fury's WWE debut.

WWE just wrapped up its flagship Saudi Arabia Pay-per-view, Crown Jewel in Riyadh. The PPV, which had built up a lot of hype over the last month, saw the best of the current and past WWE roster go into action in high-stake matches. One such match was the highly anticipated bout between Boxer Tyson Fury and the 'Monster Among Men' Braun Strowman, let us take a look at how the match unfolded.

Braun Dominates Early but gets K.O.d

The fight between The Gypsy King (Fury) and The Monster among Men (Strowman) started with much fanfare around both wrestlers, especially Tyson Fury who was making his WWE debut. Much like the Lesnar vs Velasquez fight, both wrestlers took a more tactical boxing-esque approach to the match. Braun soon got some momentum going his way by performing some of his trademark moves on Fury.

Soon enough, Fury used his wit to reverse a few of Braun's moves which shifted the momentum in The Gypsy King's favour. Fury made the most of his opportunities as he kept landing precise blows on Braun to keep momentum on his side. Braun came up with a few comebacks but could not do much as Fury kept getting back on his feet. Finally, it was a right-handed punch to Braun's face that had Braun land outside the ring - knocked out.

Fury wins as Braun tries delivering a statement

A knocked out Braun Strowman struggled to get to his feet as the referee counted him out and handed the victory to Fury. Fury celebrated inside the ring as a triggered Strowman blindsided him and delivered a slam, followed by "This is my ring, You piece of crap!." Strowman left the arena with very evident disappointment on his face as Fury took no time to get back to his feet and raise his hands in victory. The crowd, who was on Fury's side since the start, revelled in joy as their contender stood in glory.
