The latest episode of WWE Backstage was blessed by the appearance of former New England Patriot Rob Gronkowski, WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels and 16-time World Champion John Cena. John Cena made a video to kick off the premiere and he was seen describing how being a WWE Superstar means much more than just performing inside the ring. The DX Generation veteran Shawn Michaels was also there for surprising the WWE fans by appearing on the show from WWE Performance Centre in Orlando, Florida. While the former New England Patriot, Gronkowski recorded a short segment, noting his favourite wrestler is Val Venis.

WWE: Superstars on ‘WWE Backstage’

Renne Young, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T, Christian and Paige were in the latest panel of WWE Backstage while the WWE Veterans chose to appear on the episode. Shawn Michaels was spotted praising the NXT roster for what they have achieved.  According to Shawn, the NXT fighters are performing incredibly and he is proud of their accomplishment in the recent  RAW and SmackDown. Michaels also praised NXT Champion Adam Cole for his fight against Daniel Bryan and it is pretty evident that the NXT is heading towards the proper direction.

If that wasn't enough then multi-time Super Bowl Champion Rob Gronkowski was also in the house and we got to know that Val Venis is his favourite-wrestler of all time. Both NFL fans and WWE fans loved the appearance of Rob in WWE. Have a look at the iconic appearance.
