The news of Randy Orton moving to AEW has been going around for a while now. And 'The Viper' not showcasing his talents in the recent episode of RAW has fueled the rumours even more. Not only that, Orton recently posted a picture on Instagram which may also tease Orton’s departure from the company. In the picture, Orton can be seen posing with an elevator tag which reads “ELITE LEVEL.” Now, that may mean a lot of things, but the caption and the people Orton tagged in the picture grabbed everyone’s attention.

WWE: Randy Orton’s controversial post

Orton shared the Instagram post with the caption, “tick tock tick tock,” which may suggest that he is possibly counting down the days left on his contract. Orton also tagged wrestlers like Scott Dawson, Dash Wilder, Luke Harper, Riddick Moss, and Elias on the post. He also tagged AEW superstars Cody Rhodes and Chris Jericho which raised many eyebrows. Fans also speculate that other WWE wrestlers like Luke Harper and Elias may also move to AEW as the duo has also not featured in WWE for a while.

AEW superstar, Chris Jericho took notice to Orton’s post and replied by writing, “Send in a tape and some pix and I’ll see what I Can do.” This shows that Jericho is ready to welcome Orton to his show. Orton was last seen on the September 30 edition of Raw, where he was introduced as the captain of Team Ric Flair. Team Flair is set to face Team Hogan in a 10-man Tag Team match at the upcoming Crown Jewel PPV. Both the teams will face each other in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on October 31, 2019.
