Austin Rivers gets his father Doc Rivers hilariously ejected in Rockets vs Clippers match

NBA news: Houston Rockets' Austin Rivers got his father, Los Angeles Clippers' head coach ejected from the Clippers vs Rockets game on Wednesday night.

Houston Rockets' Austin Rivers got his father, Los Angeles Clippers' head coach ejected from the game. The Rockets' guard got called for a technical foul against coach Rivers, who was arguing for a call late in Q4. Rivers did not back down and got his father ejected. Rivers repeatedly signalled for a foul right in front of coach Rivers, and then later celebrated with the crowd after the referees finally agreed with him. Austin signalled to his dad as he walked off, gesturing him to call him later. Coach Rivers looked frustrated as he left. The Clippers' coach was ejected with 1:31 minutes left on the clock. The Rockets went on to win the game with a 102-93 advantage.

The Rockets had a stronger defence during the night, and the Clippers shot just 38.8% of the field and 10-of-23 beyond the arc. Austin finished the game with 7 points and 4 rebounds on 3-of-12 shooting. He even tweeted about the incident, saying that their family thanksgiving was now going to be weird.
