Danish Kaneria Calls Out the Injustice to Cricket Fans Unable to Watch Rohit & Kohli in Pakistan
Ex-PAK star Danish Kaneria advocated on behalf of Pakistan cricket fans who are denied the opportunity to see Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli live in their nation.
The India- Pakistan tensions have put a halt to any bilateral cricket series and the only time they are only able to lock horns during ICC and ACC competitions. Team India stars have global fanfare, especially Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli , who have an unmatched fan following all over. Rohit Kohli fans are filled in Pakistan , but they have been unable to see them in action at home due to the tensions. A former cricketer has opened up over the unjust to the cricket fans due to the tensions among both nations.

Danish Kaneria Voices Cricket Fans' Regret over Missing Rohit-Kohli Spectacle in Pakistan
In an exclusive interaction with Republic World, Danish Kaneria spoke out for the cricket fans in Pakistan who are unable to witness Rohit Sharma & Virat Kohli in the country. Kaneria said that while it is unfair for the fans, the tensions still remain at large which restricts Team India from traveling there.
"It's unfair for the fans. I see there are a lot of fans in Pakistan . The fans of Virat and Rohit are more than Babar Azam . They have the fan following because of the stature of the players. Both of them are world-class players. I know from the fans point of view.
"But you look at the situation about how the things work. Will the BCCI take permission? Will they [the government] give the permission? Then Pakistan , the thing, which is going on, all this stuff. We have to put everything to mind and take a decision on that way," Danish Kaneria exclaimed.

Former Pakistan spinner Danish Kaneria has also expressed his disapproval of the nation's security measures in a loud manner and has declared that Team India should not visit Pakistan for the 2025 Champions Trophy and that the tournament should be held in a hybrid format.
"I think throughout time things will get better they need to look into the matter very well and then decide what to do further on. They have to have a good delegation from Pakistan . They have to have a good friendship with the BCCI and take starts from there. I think this ICC Champions Trophy will be a hybrid model," Danish Kaneria affirmed.
