Former Australian batter David Warner recently took to social media platform X as he slammed Air India for their poor service. The batter was stuck in an Air India plane and the plane was delayed for several hours with the pilots not being present in the plane. This comes amidst a time when Air India is under massive scrutiny from the public and other authorities for their poor service. Following the tweet by David Warner, the airline also took to X as they gave an explanation for the delay. 

David Warner Slams Air India On Social Media 

In a tweet by legendary Australian batter David Warner, the Aussie took on India's national airline Air India for their poor quality of service. According to the tweet by David Warner, he was left sitting in the aircraft for hours along with other passengers as there were no pilots in the flight leading to massive delays.

‘@airindia we’ve boarded a plane with no pilots and waiting on the plane for hours. Why would you board passengers knowing that you have no pilots for the flight?’ said David Warner in his tweet as he slammed Air India. 

Following the tweet by David Warner, Air India responded to the former batter as they gave an explanation for the delay. 

Air India Responds To David Warner Following Angry Tweet 

Following David Warner's tweet against Air India, the airline took to social media as they replied and gave an explanation as to why there was a massive delay. According to the airline, the Bengaluru weather caused disruptions in the weather and thus the crew for Warner's flight was stuck on another assignment.

'Dear Mr. Warner, today's challenging weather in Bengaluru caused diversions and delays across all airlines. The crew operating your flight was held up on an earlier assignment affected by these disruptions, which led to a delay in departure. We appreciate your patience and thank you for choosing to fly with us,' wrote Air India in response to David Warner's tweet on X.
