Following an intense showdown during the Legends League Cricket match, the dust has still not settled on the dispute between Gautam Gambhir and S Sreesanth. The two locked horns on Wednesday in the India Capiatls vs Gujarat Giants clash, and following that diverse reactions from the cricketing fraternity have been recorded on social media, regarding the episode. Sreesanth, who went public with a transcription of the altercation, has now seemingly taken a dig at Gambhir by highlighting his dismissal from the Manipal Tigers vs India Capitals match of LLC.

After criticising Gautam Gambhir via. the photo-sharing platform Instagram, Sreesanth wasn't done for the day as he took to the medium again, this time to laud the "beautiful throw" of Amitoze Singh from the India Capitals vs Manipal Tigers match. Singh's throw sent Gautam Gambhir packing, and it apparently became a spectacle of Sreesanth's liking. Sreesanth posted a story of Gambhir's dismissal, here's the still of that.

Gautam Gambhir vs Sreesanth: Who initiated the fight?

In the follow-up of the on-field tussle, Sreesanth went public about what transpired on the ground and alleged Gambhir of using abusive language and calling him a "fixer".

While the battle has become a trending subject on social media, there is still obscurity regarding who initiated the fight or who instigated whom. Dwelling on the same, it all seemingly started during the second over of the India Capitals innings. Sreesanth had the ball and he took his usual run-up and delivered it only to see Capitals opener Gambhir charging down the track and clobbering him for a six. Gambhir was not done with that and smashed the next ball bowled by Sreesanth for a four. After concluding the over, Sreesanth gave a long stare to Gambhir and afterwards, things eventually took an ugly turn.
