T20 World Cup 2024 : All 20 teams confirmed for the marquee ICC event in West Indies and USA
Uganda became the 20th team to qualify for next year's T20 World Cup, which is slated to be held in the United States and West Indies.

Uganda on Thursday created history as they managed to book a spot in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. Uganda qualified for the marquee ICC event after they defeated Rwanda in their final Africa region qualifier match. Uganda became the 20th team to qualify for next year's T20 World Cup, which is slated to be held in the United States and West Indies.
T20 World Cup 2024: All 20 teams confirmed
West Indies and the United States of America qualified for the T20 World Cup 2024 on the basis of hosting rights. Australia, England, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and the Netherlands book spots in the tournament thanks to their top-eight finish in the previous edition of the T20 World Cup. Afghanistan and Bangladesh qualified on the basis of the ICC T20I rankings.
The rest of the teams took part in continental qualifiers to secure a place in the competition. Nepal and Oman finished at the top of the Asia qualifiers table to qualify for the T20 World Cup 2024. Uganda and Namibia from the Africa region, Ireland and Scotland from Europe, Canada from the Americas, and Papua New Guinea from the East Asia-Pacific region.

The T20 World Cup 2024 is scheduled to take place from June 4 to June 30 in the West Indies and USA. England are the defending champions having won the title in Australia last year.
