Virat Kohli's letter to younger self leaves fans in awe; Have a look

Indian skipper Virat Kohli, who turned 31 on November 5 wrote a letter to his younger self. Elated by the letter, Netizens hailed lauded Kohli's attitude

On the occasion of his 31st birthday, Team India's Captain Virat Kohli chose to write a note to his younger self. Kohli took to his Twitter handle where he explained his 'journey and life's lessons explained to a 15-year old' self. In his letter he assured his younger self that big things were waiting for him in the future and he should make the most of every opportunity that came his way. He asked the 15-year old to not take anything for granted and told him that it was okay to fail as everyone does. He wanted the youngster to promise himself to never give up and always keep trying. 

Netizens overwhelmed by his heartening letter took to Twitter and hailed the Indian Skipper. While some people quoted former cricketer's view on Kohli, others lauded the young man for making the country proud.

Kohli is regarded as one of the best batsmen in the world and has earned the reputation of being a great leader after a number of performances that have helped India win series, if not individual matches. Since he has started his international career, he has scored 21036 runs in 393 matches. In Test matches, he has scored 7066 runs in 82 matches, in ODI matches, he has scored 11,520 runs in 239 matches and he has scored 2450 matches in 72 matches.
