Nepal T20 World Cup 2024 Squad: Know the full squad, complete schedule, and match timing

June 4 will see the start of Nepal's ICC T20 World Cup 2024 campaign. The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) made public their fifteen-man roster for the much anticipated event earlier this month. The USA and the West Indies will co-host it in June.

Rohit Paudel, 21, has been named the T20 World Cup captain by the CAN. Young and gifted players who have performed well in the ACC Premier Cup in Oman and a Twenty20 International series against West Indies A make up the side.

A noteworthy member of the team is all-rounder Dipendra Singh Airee, who gained notoriety in April 2024 during the ACC Premier Cup versus Qatar by smashing six sixes in one over. Airee is joined in the team by top-order batsman Aasif Sheikh and Kushal Bhurtel.

Heading Nepal's spin bowling attack will be Lalit Rajbanshi, while leading the speed attack will be Karan Khatri and Sompal Kami.

Nepal was not a part of the Australian T20 World Cup 2022 qualifying process. But the youthful team wants to leave a lasting impression on the world scene and put on some spectacular performances this year.
