Naveen-ul-Haq takes a jibe at Australian Cricket Team
With Australia's win over England, the Afghans will now have to defeat Pat Cummins and Co. at any cost to keep their semis hopes alive. Ahead of the match, Afghani pacer Naveen-ul-Haq takes a jibe at the Australian cricket team.
Naveen's indication is towards Australia's refusal to face Afghanistan in a bilateral series back in January. The Aussies pulled out of the ODI series which was supposed to take place in UAE in January but that didn't happen.
Citing that incident the Lucknow Super Giants fast bowler posted on Instagram, “Refusing to play the bilateral series, now it will be interesting to see Cricket Australia stand in the World Cup.”
