About the Grand Prairie Stadium

The Grand Prairie Stadium once used to feature as a ballpark and was known as the QuikTrip Park. The venue hosted the American Association of Professional Baseball's Texas AirHogs until the team was disbanded in 2020. But turning it into a cricket pitch gave the place a new life as it now features as the host of the Major League Cricket's Texas Super Kings and the US National Cricket Team.

Grand Prairie Stadium's recently refurbished field is designed to suit batters, with a surface that encourages high-scoring games. The surface primarily favours batting, yet early in the game fresh conditions may provide some help for pacers during the powerplay.

Venue Facilities

During its $20 million makeover, Grand Prairie Stadium saw interior renovations as well as the addition of luxury suites, first-rate seating, a sports bar and cricket-specific amenities including batting lanes and training nets for both domestic and international teams.
