The Ballon d'Or award is one of the most prestigious individual honors in football, and it has been presented annually since 1956. On Monday evening, the prestigious Ballon d'Or award will be presented at the Theatre du Chatelet in Paris, marking its 68th edition. France Football will host the ceremony in collaboration with the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) for the first time this season.

Vinicius Junior, the talented Brazilian forward from Real Madrid, is currently the top contender to claim the Men's Ballon d'Or award. Meanwhile, Aitana Bonmati, the skilled midfielder from Barcelona Femeni, is poised to make history by securing her second consecutive Women's Ballon d'Or title.
