Eintracht Frankfurt head coach Adi Hutter has eyed victory in their "pivotal" Rhine-Main derby at home to rivals Mainz in the German Bundesliga on Saturday.

After heavy defeats to Borussia Monchengladbach and Bayern Munich when the Bundesliga returned during mid-May, Hutter's side then played out an entertaining 3-3 draw with Freiburg before impressive away victories at Wolfsburg and Werder Bremen.

Frankfurt are eight points clear of the relegation zone with five matches of the season remaining, while Saturday's opponents Mainz are only one point ahead of 16th-placed Fortuna Dusseldorf.

Stefan Ilsanker opened his Frankfurt account with two goals against Bremen last time out, and Hutter said the moment was like a "ketchup bottle - when nothing comes out for ages and then everything comes out at once."
