'Like Ronaldo': Jude Bellingham Compares His Bicycle Goal at Euro 2024 to Cristiano Ronaldo's

Jude Bellingham once again stole all the headlines as he scored an unbelievable overhead Bicycle Kick goal in the Round of 16 Euro 2024 fixture between England and Slovakia. 

England were staring at the barrel of elimination as they were trailing 1-0 in the 95th minute of stoppage time when Jude Bellingham scored the all important goal to save his country from an embarrassing Round of 16 exit. Days after, Jude Bellingham has opened up on his unbelievable goal and compared it with Cristiano Ronaldo's bicycle kick goal for Real Madrid vs Juventus in the Champions League. 

Jude Bellingham downplays Unbelievable goal at Euro 2024 

Real Madrid superstar Jude Bellingham tapped into his Los Blancos DNA when he scored a 95th minute stoppage time equaliser via an overhead bicycle kick goal to save England from premature elimination. 

As it turns out, Real Madrid superstar Jude has compared his goal to the famous Cristiano Ronaldo bicycle for Real Madrid. Jude Bellingham revealed that he when he was in the air he immediately thought of Ronaldo's goal however he later realised that CR7's goal was far superior.  

“When I was in the air I was like, OMG, I’m 6 ft in the air, like Ronaldo. When I watch it back I have one hand on the ground, so not so acrobatic (laughs)”, joked Jude Bellingham admitting that Ronaldo's goal was far superior. 

While the quality of Jude Bellingham's goal despite being spectacular might not be on par with Cristiano Ronaldo's there remains no doubt that the Englishman is making a habit of scoring crucial match winning goals for club and country and this might be his biggest goal in a England shirt.
