Lampard: ''Only way is hard work'' as Chelsea aim for top three finish in EPL

Chelsea head coach Frank Lampard has admitted his side have ''made far too many errors in giving goals away and we need to absolutely address this,'' after his side were beated 3-0 by Sheffield United on Saturday, suggesting the performance was one of the ''worst of the season.''

He added that ''the only way out of it is hard work'' and wants his players to remain positive as they aim for a top three finish in the English Premier League.
