After months of speculation, Manchester United have finally appointed current Ajax coach Erik ten Hag as their new manager ahead of the 2022/23 season. The Dutch coach has signed a deal beginning from the end of this season until June 2025, with the option of extending for a further year.

While the 52-year-old would not be able to aid the club in improving their position in the Premier League this season, Red Devils fans will hope that ten Hag can once again help the club get back to the top in the upcoming years and make them a force to reckon with.
