Real Madrid had an eventful summer transfer window as they completed the Galactico signing of Kylian Mbappe on a free transfer from PSG. They also unveiled Brazilian teen sensation Endrick as a new Los Blancos player.

However, the departure of Nacho left a hole in Real Madrid's defence but the club made it clear that they were done doing business in the summer transfer window. With less than a week remaining till the Summer transfer window closes, it is reported that Real Madrid are planning last minute heist to sign Bayern Munich star.

Real Madrid plan last minute signing of Bayern Munich star

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti had confirmed when La Liga started that there won't be any new signings this summer and their transfer window was closed.

However, recent reports have suggested that behind the scenes Los Blancos are working to sign Bayern Munich superstar Alphonso Davies. Alphonso Davies has long been linked with a transfer to Real Madrid from Bayern Munich given his contract with Bundesliga giants expires in 2025.

Real Madrid's interest in Davies has been well documented and according to Spanish news outlet Relevo, the 15-time Champions League winners made a 30 million Euros bid to sign Alphonso Davies this summer. However, the Bavarian club didn't agree to sell Davies on a free transfer.

The report further states, that Real Madrid are now studying the possibility to make a final bid to sign the Canadian left back in the last week of the transfer window.

Given Bayern Munich run the risk of losing Alphonso Davies for free next summer, a last minute move could work out well for all parties.

Furthermore, Real Madrid's La Liga campaign didn't start according to plan as they drew against Mallorca 1-1 away from home in matchday 1. To make their start even more tricky Real Madrid's key midfielders in Eduardo Camavinga and Jude Bellingham are out with injuries.

Hence, despite officially stating that Los Blancos' transfer window was closed, one cannot rule out a final attempt to sign Davies.
