Tottenham Hotspur interested in Chelsea midfielder

Tottenham Hotspur are monitoring Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher and are reportedly willing to take the player to North London. Gallagher has probably been the rare shining lights in what otherwise has been a awful campaign for the Blues.
