WWE Raw Results: A superstar filled Colossal fight announced for Survivor Series event

In the Raw that followed the WWE Crown Jewel, a superlative action and some intense mic segments took place. Seth Rollins came face to face with Sami Zayn, and the ever-consistent Judgment Day was there to make their on-screen presence as well. So, with all to look forward to, let's contemplate what transpired on this week's Monday Night Raw.

Major highlight of WWE Raw

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins rolled the dice of the event and thanked his Crown Jewel opponent Drew McIntyre for bringing the fight to him. Rollins also addressed the role Sami Zayn played in curbing Damian Priest from cashing in his Money in the Bank contract on him. This brought Zayn inside the squared circle where he confessed that he meddled in the match because he could not stand Judgment Day wreaking havoc and running the show. Impressed with Zayn, Rollins offered him a title shot. Which he accepted and hence the main event of the night was formed.

  • The New Day vs. Judgment Day: Frustrated with what happened at Crown Jewel, Damian Priest wanted to make a statement and hence came to the fore along with Finn Balor to lay hands on Xavier Woods and Koi Kingston. The Judgment Day picked up a clean victory after Balor delivered a Coup de Grace on Woods.
  • Akira Tozawa vs. Shinsuke Nakamura: Tozawa started on a positive note delivering a few heavy moves on Nakamura but the King of Stong Style came back strong and finished the match quickly.
  • The Miz vs. Bronson Reed vs. Ivar vs. Ricochet: Four men collided to become the No.1 contender for Gunthur's Intercontinental Championship. All four enjoyed dominance at some point in the match but ultimately it was the A-lister who got the win.
  • The Creed Brothers vs. DIY: The Creeds defeated DIY with an assist from Ludwig Kaiser.
  • Battle Royal: To churn out a new No.1 contender for Rhea Ripley's Women's title belt a battle royal was conducted between, Becky Lynch, Nia Jax, Natalya, Tegan Nox, Chelsea Green, Piper Niven, Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark, Kayden Carter, Katana Chance, Xia Li, Maxxine Dupri, Indi Hartwell, Candice LeRae, Nikki Cross, Raquel Rodriguez and Ivy Nile. Result:  Zoey Stark eliminated Shayna Baszler to win the match.
  • Seth Rollins vs. Sami Zayn (World Heavyweight Championship): Seth Rollins and Sami Zayn squared off in the main event of the show. Both the fighters go way back and hence chemistry was there to be seen. Their performance was acknowledged by the WWE Universe with "This is awesome" chants. It was a largely competitive match and in the end, Rollins rolled Zayn for a pin. After the culmination of the match, Judgment Day arrived to get their revenge. The numbers game got the better of Zayn and Rollins but in comes Jey Uso and then Cody Rhodes to save the day. The chaos brought GM Adam Pierce into the ring, who announced that Judgment Day will take on Zayn, Rollins, hodes, and Jey Uso at WWE Survivor Series.
