Google + Dropbox Now Deeply Integrated - Users Can Work On Google Docs, Slides Within Dropbox
You could now create and edit Google Docs, Slides, Presentations directly from within Dropbox Business.

It seems that now Google and Dropbox - each with their own cloud storage offerings, are deeply integrated enabling you to create new Google Docs documents and edit them right within Dropbox. This should practically be a boon if you are a business user on Dropbox.
Now, this integration called the Dropbox for G Suite is in open beta at this point in time, in case you are a business user, you would require signing up for the beta. Do remember to use your account administrator credentials here.

If you are a Dropbox Business user, then you could now resort to doing the below as far as your Google Docs documents (and others) are concerned:

- Create brand new Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides from Dropbox, potentially minimizing time spent to switch between various apps/tools
- Save and keep your Google Docs in Dropbox in tandem with other files, irrespective of the type of file. This should enable you to find all your documents/presentations under a single roof
- Easily collaborate and stay up-to-date on your team’s work by receiving Google Docs edits and comments as notifications from Dropbox
- Share Google Docs using Dropbox’s secure and robust sharing permissions, ensuring the right people have access to the right content
Here, remember that the above integration is a beta program and the time to sign-up for this open beta ends on 6 May. Now, with this feature applicable to business users, it should now be interesting to note that there should be comparatively more savings as far as time is concerned.
Finally, as per a 9to5Google report, you would also require a G Suite account to access and edit your Google documents in Dropbox. Nonetheless, when the service exits beta, everybody with a Google account would reportedly be able to use Google Docs within Dropbox.
