Experiencing Issues With the Butterfly Keyboard On Your New Macbooks: Apple Says Sorry

If you have been experiencing issues in the 3rd generation butterfly keyboard present in Apple’s new MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, then these problems reportedly do persist and have seemingly been taken into consideration by Apple.

As per a Wall Street Journal report, quoted by FoneArena, the Cupertino-based company has even issued an apology to users experiencing issues within the new keyboard type in the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro; and as per Apple, this community is apparently “small”. Hence, if you are amongst this small community of users facing issues with your new butterfly keyboards then you could reach out to the nearest Apple Care.

Here, it is worth noting that the new Butterfly Keyboards have a thin outer frame compared to what traditional Apple keyboards offered. The issues experienced by users reportedly included keys not registering, and generalised problems like sticky keys. In this regard, do share your insights on this if issues within the new Apple Keyboard were experienced.
