Lenovo-owned Motorola Moibility maybe working on a quad rear camera phone, wherein the primary camera could boast of a 48MP resolution – the information comes from a set of CAD renders shared by tipster @onleaks. Although the name and core hardware specs of this Motorola phone have been specified, its purported quad cameras (if true) will be a first for Motorola which has been struggling to come out with a breakthrough flagship.

The front, as per the renders, will see a waterdrop/teardrop-style notch on the front – the screen is said to be 6.2-inch (unspecified resolution) with an in-display fingerprint scanner which will be another first for a Motorola smartphone. The phone is further said to be 8.8mm in thickness and will reportedly charge through USB Type-C.

That’s all we know about this secret Motorola phone for now – we advise you to take this piece of information with a pinch of salt since Motorola is yet to confirm the existence of such a phone.

Bu, it is true, that Motorola is working on a string of next-generation devices, including a phone called the Motorola One Vision which will be its first phone with a punch-hole display.

The Motorola One Vision is already listed on Google’s official page for ARCore supported devices – seemingly confirming its existence. The Motorola One Vision, in addition to the punch-hole display, is also said to come with a dual camera setup on the rear with a 48MP primary rear camera – it will also reportedly be powered by an Exynos 9610 processor – another first for Motorola.

Motorola is also said to be working on a phone with three rear camera – it will reportedly be called the Moto P40 Power/Note - this was also leaked by @onleaks recently. It is being speculated that all the three rear cameras on-board the Moto P40 Power/Note will have a resolution of 12MP.
