The PUBG Mobile India Finals 2019 has finally reached its business end. As many as 20 teams/finalists have now surfaced. These are encouraging signs for Indian eSports considering the fact that the domain (eSports) itself is emerging in the country. Hence, localized event like the PUBG Mobile India Tour 2019 potentially help in bringing to global light the talent pool from India. The PUBG Mobile India Tour 2019 finals are set to take place this weekend, in Kolkata. The total prize money on offer is Rs 1.5 crores.

As far as the teams are concerned, they are, Team Dignity, Rising Hydra, TeamAR, Team SKull, Team Titans, Team Hyphen, Team All Stars, Orange Rock, TeamGE, 8BitRampage, Saiyans Legacy, Team Mayhem, Kill2Survive, Instinct Shooters Official, Beyond Your Reach, TeamINS, God’s Reign, Back For Revenge, BurnX Official, Revenge eSports. These teams have qualified based on the number of skills they have accumulated.  At this juncture, it is worth remembering that yet another Indian PUBG Mobile eSports team, Team SOUL recently emerged as numero-uno PUBG Mobile eSports team in the recent PUBG Mobile Club Open (PMCO 019) tournament. The team grabbed eyeballs, and grabbed some global recognition, but fall a bit short in capturing the crown. Hence, the countdown for the PUBG Mobile India Tour 2019 finale has begun.

In related news, Update 0.15.0 to PUBG Mobil is up and running in India. This update is still yet to introduce Payload Mode. The mode is slated to hit the game soon. Nonetheless, the update introduces the all-important ledge grab feature. This lets players shoot enemies by grabbing the ledge of buildings.
