PUBG which has seen both the mobile and PC versions has been rumoured, by  section of gamers, to be losing its sheen for reasons that have also been rumoured. Now, although this is not a scare, the question of PUBG potentially losing out on players deserves to be answered.

Hence, in a bid to throw light on whether PUBG really losing players, renowned YouTube game tipster Slick PUBG in his new video attempts at demystifying the question itself. Check out his analysis below:

  • As per Slick PUBG, PUBG has indeed seen a loss in players since February 2018. This loss has been in the range of 10%-15% per month. However, PUBG is also said to have gained players over the last 30 days in the range of 5000 average players.
     
  • According to the tipster, the number of average concurrent players is 1,92,000. Comparing this with similar games on Steam ratings, PUBG is at number 3 position as far as concurrent players at a given point in time are concerned.
     
  • PUBG has good number of players, and this number is said to be going up, in Steam.; placing PUBG at a comfortable position as far as gaining players is concerned.
     
  • PUBG is also said to hold a record of having the highest number of concurrent players peaking at a given point of time; on Steam.
