Not so long ago, PUBG Corp. and Tencent Games announced a lighter version of PUBG Mobile for Android users. As its name suggests, it’s supposed to consume lesser data and limited system resources as compared to its standard counterpart. PUBG Mobile Lite was released on Google Play Store in August 2018. However, currently, it’s restricted to select users and Android devices. Here’s what we know about PUBG Mobile Lite so far:
These days, a lot of apps especially the social networking ones have their lighter version available to download for mobile users. Although mobile data has now become cheaper, users often complain about the connectivity strength. In addition, smartphone users in India seem to prefer budget and mid-range phones over those falling under flagship, premium segment.
Budget or mid-range phones don’t always carry enough processing power that’s ideal to run PUBG Mobile game without ruining your gaming experience. All these factors together keep the majority of smartphone users away from enjoying the smooth PUBG experience. PUBG Mobile Lite addresses all these issues by consuming limited data and hardware resources.
