Popular dating app Match is rolling out a new service called ‘AskMatch’ for its paying subscribers. As part of this new initiative, premium users will be able to chat with dating coaches on the phone. Match is rolling out free dating advice through its app.

Currently, AskMatch service is only available in New York City. But eventually, it will be available in more areas. Right now, Match is perhaps the only dating service that offers personalised dating advice to its premium users.

What is AskMatch all about?

Match explains the rules of dating have changed and technology has made it easier for millions of users to connect with each other. When it comes to online dating, users often face a lot of question like “how do I respond to this message?” or “should I make the first move?” etc. In spite of thousands of modern dating blogs out there, online dating is not everyone’s cup of tea.

AskMatch aims to solve this problem. AskMatch team consists of dedicated dating coaches who offer one-on-one phone sessions to discuss various issues of dating, both online and off. Whether you need expert dating advice or listening ear to get over a really bad breakup, Match’s AskMatch dating coaches can help you out.

“We want to break out from behind the screen and get to know our members,” says Katie Wilson, Match's Head Dating Coach. “Members will have the support they need from their coach as they navigate dating in general, not just online.”

Match says their coaches have already spoken with thousands of single men and women using its service and coaches offer expert advice on everything from sending the perfect message to getting over a breakup.

“We've heard it all,” confirms Wilson, “so we can offer you a supportive sounding board and straight-forward advice, no matter what you're going through.”
