As many as 8 Realme smartphones are freshly in line to receive Android 10 OS update. If you are a Realme user, your device could just have made the first cut to receive Google’s newest software update as a firmware. Firstly, the latest list of handsets having made the Android 10 cut are – Realme 2 Pro, Realme 3 Pro, Realme5 Pro, Realme X, Realme XT, Realme 5, Realme 3i, and Realme 3. Do check if your Realme device is amongst these.

Now, the above Realme handsets would start receiving Android 10 in 2020 – probably during the early part. This means that there is still a substantial wait. As of now, some of these smartphones run Android 9 (Pie) and even Realme 8.1 (Oreo). Providing the Android 10 treatment to the handsets is definitely meaningful, but the 2020 timeline could be a tad late considering the wait involved. On its part, the Android 10 has begun its rollout to Google Pixel series of smartphones. This has resulted in newer emojis also being made available for smartphones currently running the new software platform.
