Taiwanese smartphone maker Asus announced the Zenfone Max M2 in India last week alongside the Zenfone Max Pro M2, which happens to be the successor to the Zenfone Max Pro M1. The Max Pro M2, however, is more or less similar to its elder sibling the Max Pro M2, courtesy of a dual-camera setup on the rear, front flash, notched-display, big batteries etc.

Interested customers can avail Rs 750 discount upon making the purchase using HDFC Bank credit and debit cards. In addition to no-cost EMI plans, Flipkart is also offering its Complete Mobile Protection plan at a discounted rate of Rs 99.

Powering Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 is Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 processor. The handset sports 6.26 inches 720p screen. The handset has two memory configurations: 3GB RAM + 32GB storage, 4GB RAM + 64GB storage.

As far as camera specs are concerned, Asus Zenfone Max M2 houses 12MP + 5MP dual cameras. Up front, it has a 13MP front-facing camera to offer for selfies and videos. In terms of security, it has both a fingerprint reader and face-unlock.

Design-wise, Asus Zenfone Max M2 measures 7.7mm in thickness. The phone weighs in at 160g. The standard set of sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, gyroscope and a proximity sensor.
