JioPhone 2 sale today: Here's how to avail the best offer

As part of their yet another flash sale, JioPhone 2 goes on sale in India at Rs 2,999. For interested customers, Paytm is offering Rs 300 cashback. As a result, JioPhone 2 price comes down effectively to Rs 2,699. Customers can make use of Paytm cashback to make payment transactions using their Paytm wallet money, similar to what Jio had in store during their JioPhone 2 Diwali Dhamak Sale earlier this month.

As far as features and hardware specifications of the JioPhone 2 are concerned, it sports 320 x 240 pixels QVGA resolution stretched across a 2.4-inch panel. However, it’s aligned vertically this time around, as compared to the original JioPhone. Both the original JioPhone and JioPhone 2 run the Kai OS software with a limited number of apps available to download.

The key highlight of JioPhone 2, it supports 22 local languages including Hindi, Marathi, Bengali and Gujarati. It comes with the number of pre-installed apps such as Jio Music, Jio TV, Google Assistant, Facebook etc. For those who care, it also supports WhatsApp.

JioPhone 2 has a few JioPhone-exclusive plans up its sleeves with a validity of 28 days: Jio Rs 49, Jio Rs 99 and Jio Rs 153. JioPhone 2 comes with a full-sized qwerty keypad, 512MB RAM and 4GB expandable storage. It has all the standard set of connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, VoWiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC.
